At Malibu Fox, we want you to love what you’ve ordered! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return:

1. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and enter your order information.
2. Once you submit the request, we will review and approve it before sending you a return shipping label via email.
3. After receiving the return label, please ship your item(s) back, preferably in the original packaging. Be sure to include the original packing slip or order number.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, if the item is in sellable and original condition, we will refund your original form of payment.

Please Note:

• Reduced and Sale items, jewelry, intimate items, and home goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
• Store credit is available for online purchases.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us via our Contact Page or email us at contact@malibufoxshop.com to confirm availability. We’ll hold the desired item for 5 days while awaiting the return of your original item.

Important Exchange Details:

• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
• If we receive any items in an unsellable condition, they will be returned to you.
• Reduced and Sale items, jewelry, intimate items, and home goods cannot be exchanged.
