- Once you submit the request, we will review and approve it before sending you a return shipping label via email.
- After receiving the return label, please ship your item(s) back, preferably in the original packaging. Be sure to include the original packing slip or order number.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, if the item is in sellable and original condition, we will refund your original form of payment.
Please Note:
- Reduced and Sale items, jewelry, intimate items, and home goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
- Store credit is available for online purchases.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us via our Contact Page or email us at contact@malibufoxshop.com to confirm availability. We’ll hold the desired item for 5 days while awaiting the return of your original item.
