Refund policy

We hope you love your MALIBUFOX pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

Eligible full-price items may be returned for a refund to the original payment method within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or pet hair
  • In original condition with tags attached

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@malibufoxshop.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Start a Return

If your item is eligible for a return, please visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return. You will be prompted to log-in to your account. 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your banking institution to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Easy returns, always. We offer complimentary return shipping on eligible items returned within 7 days of delivery.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged or defective or sent by mistake. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MALIBUFOX is not responsible for lost return packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, MALIBUFOX is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your delivery area and mailbox
  • Asking neighbors or household members
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Filing a claim with USPS or UPS

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before arrival.

Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

MALIBUFOX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
