A Fox Box is a curated box of clothing, shoes and accessories handpicked by Stylists from Malibu Fox Boutique. Complete the online Style Survey and a Personal Stylist will handpick pieces to fit your tastes, needs and budget—and mail them right to your door. Simply keep the items you love and send back the rest. We will provide you with a prepaid USPS shipping label for you to return your items. Shipping and returns are always free—even for exchanges!
Each box has a styling fee. One Time: $39.95. Monthly Subscription: $29.95. The styling fee will be applied as credit towards items that you keep. The fee is free if you make a purchase.
STYLE SURVEY //
1. First, you’ll need to complete the online Style Survey for yourself. This information will help your Stylist understand the sizes and styles you’re looking for, as well as your ideal price range.
2. Once you submit your Style Survey, you will then be re-directed to a credit card authorization form. Once you complete and submit the credit card authorizaion form we will then collect the Styling Fee, $29.95 for Monthly Subscription Box, $39.95 for One-time Box.
3. Once your box is packed and ready to go, we will temporarily pre-authorize your card for the value of the contents in the Fox Box. This is a temporary hold on your card. Try everything on from the comfort of your home. We encourage you to try on everything in the box, especially since you never know what will look good or what you might like.
4. Buy what you like and return the rest
Take up to 4 days to try on and decide what you want to buy and what to send back.
Once we receive your box, we will then process your order. The $29.95 or $39.95 Styling Fee will automatically be applied as credit toward any items you purchase. Your credit card will be charged for only the items that you kept. If you buy everything, you receive a 20% discount off the entire box!
Easily return the items you don't want in the original Fox Box (if possible) using a prepaid shipping label that we will provide. Drop it into any USPS mailbox. Enjoy free shipping both ways as a benefit of using our service.
5. Tell us what you think
Remember to give us feedback on the items you received. Telling us what you liked, didn’t like and why helps your Stylist know what to send in future deliveries. Malibu Fox does not require a membership fee or a monthly subscription.
- How many items will I get in a delivery?
Your Stylist will typically send around 5 items.
The average price point for our items is $60 per item, but we carry a wide variety of prices. If you choose to buy everything in your delivery, you’ll get a 20% discount off of your entire purchase!
- What types of items can I expect?
Because our clients’ tastes are varied, we carry a wide range of items. We’re growing and evolving quickly and you can expect to see us add more and more new categories and brands.
- What sizes can you style?
We currently carry women’s sizes 0-30 waist & XS-L. We’re always working to increase our range of sizes so that we can deliver great selections to more clients.
- Can I request specific pieces?
You can always reach out to your Stylist via email with any questions or requests. If you request a specific piece, we’ll do our best to find it for you, but sometimes these items are out of stock.
- When will my credit card be charged?
After you submit your Style Survey and fill out the credit card authorization form, your card will be charged for the $29.95 or $39.95 styling fee. At this point we will begin styling your box. That styling fee will be credited toward anything you purchase in that shipment. After your Fox Box arrives, you have 4 days to try on your items and decide what you will keep/return. Once we receive your returned box, we will charge your card on file for the items that you kept. We will deduct your Styling Fee from your total. You are only charged for the items you keep.
- Does the style fee roll over if I decide not to keep anything?
Your styling fee can only be applied to a purchase from your current Fox Box. It doesn’t roll over to your next shipment, isn’t refunded, and can’t be transferred to another person. This applies whether you return all your items, or purchase an item that’s less than the cost of the fee. Our number one priority is to personalize your box so you find at least one item you love and can put your styling fee to good use. If you decide not to keep anything this time around, make sure to leave feedback for each item, so we can improve our picks for you in the future.
- Do you have automatic deliveries?
Yes, you can choose between one-time or monthly delivery.
- How long do I have to decide what I want to keep?
You'll have 4 days after your Fox Box is delivered to try on your items and decide what you’d like to keep. Then drop any items that you wish to return using the original Fox Box and prepaid shipping label and send them back to us. If your returns are late, we’ll send an email to remind you. If we don't hear back from you we’ll assume you loved everything and your credit card will be charged.
