RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES //
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags in their original condition.

Simply mail it back to us within 10 days of your order date using our return shipping label. 


Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s). You will be given an exchange or refund, whichever option you choose.  

Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back.

EXCHANGES// 
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend calling us at the store to make sure that we have the size you are looking for. We will then hold the item for 7 days while we await the return of your original item. Please call us Monday-Saturday between 10am and 7pm EST (941) 312-2439 or email us at contact@malibufoxshop.com. 

Please Note...
Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges after the allowed time cannot be accepted.

The original shipping charge is non-refundable. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. If we receive any item in an unsellable condition, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.

U.S. Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2-3 business days of your order date. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an emailed shipping confirmation with tracking information for your package.
